Katrina Trotter Travel is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current Package Travel Regulations all passengers booking with Katrina Trotter Travel are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Katrina Trotter Travel

Holidays booked with INSERT are financially protected by means of financial failure insurance (FFI) in accordance with the Package Travel and Linked Arrangements Regulations 2018.   Our FFI scheme is manged by TMU Management Limited and underwritten by Accelerant Insurance Europe SA, who are regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA Ref 3193).  The insurance policy also includes repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of INSERT.   In the unlikely event of insolvency of Katrina Trotter Travel, guests should contact TMU Management. You can do this by visiting www.trustprotects.me/claim to make a claim online or alternatively, you can contact the claims team by emailing [email protected]. Please note this policy will not cover any monies paid back by your own travel insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond.  Please ensure you retain your booking confirmation as evidence of your booking.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit card). This policy will also not cover any loss sustained by Passenger(s) booked on a flight-inclusive package sold and commencing within the United Kingdom.

**Policy Period covers bookings made within the dates specified regardless of date of travel**  

Katrina Trotter Travel organises ground arrangements in each country and not  flights.  As a result, passengers have the flexibility to use airmiles or book their own flights directly with an airline. Alternatively, Katrina will help advise and organise the flights (free of charge) and payment will be made directly with their preferred licensed flight agent, DIAL-A-FLIGHT. Under the airline failure scheme, you have the peace of mind that in the unlikely event the airline becomes insolvent before, or during the trip, monies will be refunded or you will be offered an alternative airline to return home.

Katrina Trotter Travel is fully insured with Tasker Partners holding Combined Liability Insurance and Crisis Response in respect of the legal liability arising from its business as a tour operator as defined in the package travel regs 1992.
